• Start the day before you expect cramps rather than waiting for them to arrive.
• Massage in slow clockwise circles below the navel, warming the area with your palm as you go.

  • Lower abdomen: Massage sparingly in slow clockwise circles below the navel, warming the area with your palm as you go.
  • Lower back: Massage sparingly over the base of the spine with circles of the heel of your hand. Lovely with a heat pad on top.
  • Inner ankles / lower legs: Apply to the inner lower leg, about four finger-widths above the inner ankle bone. Massage gently.
Use as needed, 2 to 4 times a day.
